1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Cartnix (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Image Rights and Usage

You retain all rights to the original images you upload to the Service. By processing images through Cartnix, you grant us a temporary license solely to perform the requested AI transformations. Cartnix does not claim ownership over your generated assets.

3. Data Privacy and Training

We deeply respect your privacy. Cartnix guarantees that private, user-uploaded assets and their corresponding AI-engineered outputs are completely isolated and are never used to train our foundational models without explicit user consent.

4. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the Service is provided "as is". We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time.

5. Subscription and Billing

Cartnix operates on a pay-per-generation mode or monthly volume subscriptions. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, retaining access through the end of the billing period.
